CAN I RETURN PURCHASES?
Due to the nature of these items, all items are made for PRECUT TEMPLATES and OR digital downloads that can not be refunded, returned, or exchanged. For all other questions or inquires, please contact us at newblingers@gmail.com
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
All Items are customized and take 2-5 day processing, (depending on the date order was made and order size) . All items are shipped from Bellwood, IL. USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the US. Orders are shipped via USPS FIRST CLASS. Please allow 3-5 business days AFTER ORDER COMPLETION (excluding holidays) for your item to arrive or longer depending on USPS daily operations and expected delivery time.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5PM ET will begin processing that day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 5PM ET will begin processing the next day. Orders placed on Friday after 5PM ET will begin processing on the following Monday.
"DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS"
Once the package(s) have left our distribution office and a tracking number has been emailed we are not responsible for any lost items during shipping. USPS should be contacted if any packages are lost.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
